I currently use the IMX8QM Apalis module with the ixora carrier board and I would test to program the MCU part of the module. Where can I find a getting started article and easy exemple to me help to begin quickly ?

Sorry for the delay.
We have this High performance, low power Embedded Computing Systems | Toradex Developer Center article about it.
You’ll need to refer to NXP SDK and documentation.
Beware that this module is still in Volume Product Candidate status, so not every feature was tested yet (M4 included here).
