I want to use the parallel camera port from iMX6Quad. My camera sends data in format bayer12, so i know that IPU is used in generic data mode. For the first test, i would like to see the black-white-picture that is saved in memory. Is there a easy way to do that?

Please note that the i.MX 6 does not support any kind of hardware assisted Bayer conversion. If you are okay with that you may find our Analogue Camera Adapter as an example of a parallel camera complete with driver support. How exactly does your image pipeline look like? Do you have a camera sensor or where exactly does your data originate from? Are you planning to do software Bayer conversion our what exactly is your intended further use of the image data?
