Error when provisionning new device : curl error 35 (http code 0): SSL connect error

Hello Toradex Community,

I am currently using a Verdin IMX8M Plus on Torizon OS 5.7.

Once I provisionned new device into my torizon platform account, i get a : “curl error 35 (http code 0): SSL connect error” when display the log through “sudo journalctl -f -u aktualizr*”.

This doesn’t affect my Offline Updates but I cannot connect my device on internet and on Torizon Platform. So i cannot perform Online Updates anymore.

Is it related to the account I am using on Torizon Platform ? Or anything else ?

Just checking is this specifically on 5.7.0? If that is the case there is a bug with provisioning on this version or earlier. We are aware of this and working on something.

In the meantime there is a workaround. After you provision your device you should modify the file on the device at /var/sota/import/gateway.url. You want to modify the contents of this device to contain instead of what is there originally. Once this is done you can restart the Aktualizr service and it should connect with the platform properly.

Alternatively, you can also go to Torizon OS 5.7.2 as the issue does not happen on this version.
