I’m trying to make new PCB. And i want to mount carrier board on my PCB. Is there any standard library (Footprint, symbols, 3D model) available for Eagle? I need Viola and Iris carrier board libraries.
I appreciate if anybody could provide these files.

I am afraid that we do not use Eagle in our company, for baseboard we use Altium, I am not sure if the export in Altium will work completely. Please check below link, if that help you in someway.

I’m not asking for entire carrier board. I just need its footprint and symbols.
Since eagle is free upto PCB dimension 100mm x 80mm, you can use it for viola and iris boards libraries.

We checked internally and found that there is no straight forward way to export library footprint.
