Does Updater.exe check the binary file ending?

Is it possible that the Updater.exe within the Vybrid WinCE V1.3a release archive is accepting only image files with the ending *.bin? In older versions of the Updater.exe we were able to start an update with the following command: “\Windows\Updater.exe /u nk.bin.update”

Yes it checks for *.bin at the end of file.
