Is there a way to send dummy test data to a display via LVDS without device tree changes? I was hoping to show some default image like vertical colored bars. Or if this needs device tree changes, what would they be?
Each LVDS display has it own resolution, timings and channels settings so “general” test app will not work for any LVDS display. Toradex Easy Installer does video out to all available interfaces including LVDS. So you can try run it to test your display. But again timings used by TEZI may not be compatible with your display.
