Display port output using Apalis iMX6

Hi all,

I have Ixora Carrier Board with imx6 module attached. In the uboot commandline terminal I have passed following command
setenv vidargs ‘mxc_hdmi.only_cea=1 video=mxcfb1:dev=hdmi,1920x1080M@60,if=RGB24 video=mxcfb0:off video=mxcfb2:off video=mxcfb3:off fbmem=32M’

When carrier board is connected with HDMI-HDMI cable to monitor then I see the display
and when carrier board is connected with HDMI-DP cable to monitor then no display. Can anyone tell how can I enable the DP port output. Thanks

HDMI to DP conversion can be achieved via passive or active adapters. Most probably you are using a passive adapter.
Could you try an active one, as suggested here?

Verdin iMX8Mplus LVDS + Display Port

Display Port is more advanced standard and it requires an active adapter to convert HDMI(or DVI) to DP.
