I assume you would like to adapt the color of your UI background and certain UI elements am I right?
As far as I know it is not possible to change single RGB values. What should be possible though is that you use an 8bit palette framebuffer in which you would be able to define 256 colors. I’m still searching for documentation that describes this process. As soon as I have found that I will let you know.
