I’d like to address your questions:
1 - The configuration you’ve applied appears to be correct. Given that the PHY is functioning well without the interrupt pin, it’s possible that this functionality is not required. However, I couldn’t find specific information in the datasheet to confirm this. Another possibility is that the driver for this PHY may not have the necessary functions to handle the interrupt signal.
2 - The detailed meanings of each bit can be found in Table 4-2 of the iMX6ULL Datasheet under the “Pad Control Register.” I didn’t encounter any issues when accessing this information today, so it might be a problem on your end. I recommend trying again when it’s convenient for you.
