Colibri iMX8X UART_C_RX always high

Hi all,
I’m working on Colibri-imx8x UART_C_RX( SODIMM 19) for receive pin we didn’t give any connection, still the pin is always HIGH. Kindly help me to resolve this.

Its okay for it to be high, you can proceed with using it
