Colibri IMX6ULL doesn't boot on custom carrier board

Hello,

We have developed a custom carrier board for our appliance. We make use of a Texas Instruments TPS62132 Step-Down Converter to convert 12 volts to 3v3 VCC. However the module doesn’t boot/startup.

I can confirm that the following pins 42, 84,108, 148,182,198, 200; 40; 10, 12 are connected to VCC. And pins 39, 41, 83, 109,147, 181, 197, 199; 9, 11 are connected to GND.

When the power is supplied I’m measuring 3.34 volts on VCC.

Am I missing something to bootup the module? E.g. an enable pin or something?

How can I debug this further?
