Colibri imx6ull cant download images by network

Hi,

I bought two Colibri IMx6ULL 1 GB IT and a Colibri Evaluation Board V3.

As I try to install image to the modules they could not update the list in Easy Installer program. There is an Ethernet connection but the notation with “Downloading images from network…” is loading and no images are shown.

When I tryed to install the torazion core image offline via USB i got an error and i could not restore the Colibri with the recovery mode. I get the error “Downloading Toradex Easy Installer… Could not open device vid=0x1b67 pid=0x4000”.

Can you tell me which version of the Toradex Easy Installer you’re using?

I use the version witch was on the module when i got it.
After the reboot i used the version “Colibri-iMX6ULL_ToradexEasyInstaller_5.7.2+build.14.zip”. This should be the stable release.

Yes that’s right!

So when you are booting into recovery mode, the Toradex Easy Installer can still find the device but is unable to flash to it?

Or is it possible to launch the Easy Installer but then you’re unable to flash an image?

I’m unable to flash something. It is possible to launch the Easy Installer and i also get an Network IP adress but I am unalble to load an image via network.

This error you’re getting on the module? On the serial console? Or directly in the Toradex Easy Installer?

Hi Kevin,
I solved this problem. I have downloaded the wrong file.

But the issue with the ethernet connection is still there. I get an IP adress but I am still unalble to load imges via network.

Have you an idea why it doesn’t work?

Can you see the images on Toradex Easy Installer? Can you take a picture of your screen?
