I would like to know if the Colibri iMX6 module has a method for the carrier board to monitor the voltage rails of its PMIC? The datasheet mentions the alternate function of ‘CCM_PMIC_READY’ on Pin 126 & 137. What is function/purpose of these?

Unfortunately, the Colibri family does not provide a signal that can notify the carrier board that all the module power rails are up. The signal that you mentioned is not used for this purpose, it is related to the Clock Controller Module.
