Colibri im6Ull : EPIT timer address access issue

Hi ,
we are using imx6ull board and We are trying to memory map the EPIT(timer) to userspace , but we are unable to mem map it , while we try to memmap it , it creates the virtual address as (0xffffffff). is the timer regester is in protected region or .

help is appreciated .
