Colibri DSI to HDMI Adapter 24 pin?

Hello,

why does the Colibri DSI to HDMI has a 24 pin FPC and not a 20pin FPC on the HDMI side?
I’m trying to evaluate the Colibri IMX8X and now i need to develop a custom adapter because mostly HDMI <-> FPC Adapter are 20pin 0.5mm FPC, I can’t find a 24 pin one.

Does anyone know a adapter for 24pin 0.5 FPC to HDMI ?

Thanks for reaching out. Indeed, as you want to use the HDMI on Colibri iMX8X you’d need to have both the DSI to HDMI Adapter (Colibri iMX8X DSI to HDMI Adapter | Toradex Developer Center) and the HDMI Adapter for Colibri modules that you’ve shared already. The Colibri iMX8X has no native HDMI interface as you can see on chapter 5.6 of its datasheet (https://docs.toradex.com/105670-colibri-imx8x-datasheet.pdf)
