Carrier board lris and two vf50 cpu cards suddenly stopped working

previously these boards are working only ,while kernel image flashing time boot loader hangs after that onwards 1 cpu card console not came .
two cpu cards gone bad.

Have you tried reflashing the module?
Can you once more. If you are not able to flash the modules again, please send us the log files
(serial terminal).
