Can_Write exception with 0 length CAN Message

When I send a CAN message with 0 length, the Toradex function Can_Write crashes with a divide by zero exception.

Dear @robmac

I can confirm this is a bug in our library implementation, I already found the reason for the failure. We will fix this in our next library release V2.3.

If you need an urgent solution, I can send you a preliminary version of the libraries with this bug fixed.
