Can I disable the USB over-current pin on the Colibri T20

There is a page for the iMX6 which gives the registry settings to disable the USB over current feature:

Are there equivalent registry settings to disable this feature on the T20?
I could just try these settings by translating the device names but it’s tricky to know if these settings are having an effect.

This feature is unavailable for T20 and T30 modules. All available registry settings for these modules are listed here.
