Hi
I have a home mode baseboard with a display/touchscreen (LVDS, I2C). I have adapted the device tree and the linux kernel, everything works. Now I have tried to modify the Easy Installer so that my display and touch screen is supported. I have unpacked and modified the tezi.itb file with my device tree and the adapted linux kernel.
But now when I start the modified easy installer with bmode usb and the recovery-linux.sh script the system starts but the display remains dark because the back light (pwm) is off. I can see with my oscilloscope that LVDS is running and the touch screen works also.
When I start the the same tezi.itb by hand from the u-boot prompt the back light is on and the installer is visible.
Do you have any ideas how I can switch on the back light when using the recovery mode?
