Hi team, a customer asked for the following info:

  • RESET_MICO#: VIH,VIL
  • RESET_MOCI#: VOH,VOL
  • POWER_ENABLE_MOCI: VOH,VOL

Can we share these numbers?

These values change from module. Currently we don’t have clear specifications for these modules but we have some values recorded for the Apalis iMX8:

RESET_MICO#
VIH Min: 1.0V
VIL Max: 0.45V

RESET_MOCI#
VOH Min: 10k Pull-up to 3.3V+/-10%
VOL Max: 0.2V

POWER_ENABLE_MOCI#
VOH Min: 2.9V
VOL Max: 0.2V
