Apalis iMX8: CPU test points to measure current

Hi team,

A customer is interested in measuring the current from the Apalis iMX8 CPU. Could you show us where could they attach a probe to measure the voltage coming from the SoC? Ideally a drawing would be best.

Apalis iMX8 has no power source so I believe it’s not possible to “measure the voltage coming from the SoC”. If they want to measure current coming to module they can use an Apalis Carrier board JP4 connector.
