Yes, the Colibri iMX8X does support AI features through its integrated graphics processing unit(1)(2).

AI Hardware Support

The heterogeneous multicore architecture enables AI workloads through:

Although the Colibri iMX8X does support AI through its GPU, it is not the recommended device for this type of project, as we have other SoMs that include a dedicated NPU specifically focused on AI processing, such as the Verdin iMX95.
