Add rtc-rv8803 support

Hello,

I would like to request adding Kernel driver for RV8803 rtc module by default in TorizonCore images.

I have added it by myself using torizoncore-builder but it would be nice to have it out of the box.

I’d be happy to put this request in for you. Just to confirm and make sure we’re all on the same page. You want to enable this driver via the kernel config option CONFIG_RTC_DRV_RV8803, is that correct? Or is it a different config option for this driver?

Just want to make sure the team enables the correct thing here.
