USB 3.0 memory stick does not work

Hello,

when I insert a USB 3.0 memory stick into my device (Apalis IMX6 WEC7 BSP1.6) this stick does not work, it does not show up in windows explorer.

Is this a known issue or should it work (with USB 2.0 speed of course) ?

Either you have unsupported file system on it, or some odd stick asks in USB descriptor for too much current. It could be as well some other USB descriptor error, which WEC7 doesn’t tolerate.
You may try getting usbview.exe from Windows SDK to get some more details about your stick.

I have many USB 3 memory sticks and all of them work OK with Apalis iMX6/WinCE. Could you try another brand/model?

Sorry, Edward is right: my usb stick was formated NTFS. It works with FAT32
