I noticed from the Toradex developer center that Torizon OS 6.8 and Torizon OS 7.0 were released in October this year. But I can’t seem to find any release notes for those.

The release notes for these versions are still being reviewed and have yet to be published. There were some delays that caused them to be released late this time. They should be available soon though.
