Startup fail Colibri T20 (Win CE6.0) Iris Carrier Board

I have an old Colibri T20 (WinCE6.0) and an Iris Carrier board with DVI display, mouse and keyboard.
When switching on the power supply, the screen (1-2s) shows the splash screen, then everything goes off.
How can I run a hardware diagnosis with my setup?
Can the boot process be interrupted or can the CPU be booted from an external medium for a diagnosis
run tool?

I now have a very detailed log file on the screen and have to evaluate it first.
