The site certificate used by git.toradex.com has expired (it has Not-After: Fri, 10 Jun 2022 12:00:00 GMT) and SSL connections to it, including https:// transports for git and browser, and possibly git:// transports for git, fail because they cannot verify the certificate.
Looks like it’s fixed and valid!
