SQL CE is not working on wince5.0

Hi
We are using VF50 and COLIBRI Evaluation Board, During Upload we are getting following error

  1. .Net CF Initialization Error
    The application failed to load required components. If the .net Compact Framework is installed on Storage card, please ensure that this card is in place and launch the application again. if this fails, a re-installation of the .net compact framework is recommended. support info: - 214783647 (80000001)

  2. Remove Programs error
    The program has not been removed.
    the Following files are currently in use…
    mscoree.dll,
    mscoree2_0.dll,
    netcfagl2_0.dll

my program platform is visual studio 2005.

Can you suggest us to resolve this issue
