Serial Data To Terminal CE is Happening , But The Issue is About Not Happening In CPP Execution

I am working on Coilibri iMX6.Serial data from QR Code Scanner is getting received on Colibri Terminal CE. But in CPP program, if we managed to connect QR code Scanner to Colibri port,its getting read to cpp values none. CPP print value screen looking blank.
