I updated a self-created WEC7 image to the current BSP version 2.4. With the new BSP version, the start menu under Start->Programs->ColibriTools contains the entry “Start debugger client”. How can I remove this entry?

Take a look at project.dat in toradexfiles folder, there you will find the entry that enables the start menu entries:
Directory("\Windows\Programs\ColibriTools"):-File("Start debugger client.lnk","\windows\Startdbgclient.lnk")
