Problem with Ethernet port

We are using IXORA Carrier Board v1.2, Apalis iMX8 (SoM), Toradex Embedded Linux reference-multimedia-image 6.1.0+ build.5(2023-01-05) for our development.

After working few months,it 's ethernet port is not working.
This problem appeared in two boards,not able to figure out the issue.

In boot it shows:
fec 5b040000.ethernet eth0: Unable to connect to phy.

We reflashed with toradex easy installer.
But problem remains.
