the application is passed in apalis but not part which could the problem see photos with error

Could you zip the complete project and share with us? It will help us to look at the issue. I am using VS2015, I can able to debug the application.
Did you start the debugger on the iMX6 side by clicking the start → Programs → Colibri Tools → Start Debugger?

Could you try to debug a native C++ application?
Please share the complete hardware and software details like WinCE release version, bootloader version.
