please share registers or example to how to use mapmemlib for GPIO.

I’m afraid providing examples for individual registers is beyond of what we can provide. We offer the Toradex Ce Libraries for a very easy-to-use way to access GPIOs, and there’s also a demo application how to use the MapMem library.
If this is not sufficient for your application, you will need to learn the details of what you want to do and implement the solution accordingly.
