When I booting Apalis I.MX6 linux, the process would stop at “can: broadcast manager protocol” in most situations. But it is normal sometimes.
Could you provide the version of Linux and the HW you are using please?
Also what external peripherals are you using?
What kind of display is connected?
Are you aware of anything different when it boots or when it stops booting?
