Hello!

Thank you for reaching out with your question. Unfortunately, I don’t have specific information on how to put the PXA320 module into recovery mode. However, I can share some general insights about recovery modes for Toradex modules, which might be helpful.

Recovery mode is typically used to restore a module to a known good state, often by re-flashing the firmware or operating system. This process usually involves connecting the module to a host computer and using specific software tools to initiate the recovery.

For other Toradex modules, entering recovery mode might involve using a combination of hardware buttons or jumpers, along with software commands. While the exact steps can vary between different module families, the general principle is to enable the module to communicate with a host system for firmware updates or repairs.

I hope this general information is helpful. If you have further questions about Toradex modules or Torizon software, feel free to ask!

Best regards,

Unfortunately, the Colibri PXA320 does not have a recovery mode similar to i.MX-based products. The only way to restore a bricked module is by using JTAG.

If the bootloader is still functional, you can re-flash the module via Ethernet. Please refer to the Colibri Loader page for detailed instructions.
