How to disable UART2 in WinCE 6 for VF61?

I want to use UART2 of VF61 SoC from M4 core, so I need to be sure that WinCE 6 on A5 doesn’t use this peripheral.
Is there any WinCE registry setting where I can completely disable it for A5?

You can delete registry entries and it will not load the driver.
