Flash fails when power cycling is done

Power cycling the board ,sometimes causes the flash memory to fail.We have to burn kernel and file system again to make it work.
We are using u-boot as bootloader.

Linux version 4.4.21

Seems you are using older Linux image, can you please use our latest Linux image and check. It will be very much helpful if you can provide us some boot logs and/or the cases you observe such issues.
