Collibri T20 iris carrier board pc connect issue

Dear Sir,

I am having two Collibri T20 Module with iris board.

My development PC is XP proffessional service pack 3.

First module is easilly detected by Active synch and second module is not detected by active synch.

Actualy I have given power to iris board through 3 Li-ion battery, i was changing OS fron WEC7 to WEC 6
mean while battery discharged and then the module got shutdown.
thereafter it is not detected by development PC.

Kindlly suggest solution for this.

  • Does it get connected again, if you unplug / plug the cable in such a situation?
  • Did you check once the Device Manager? If the device boots again after shutdown, do you see a new device apearing?
