Unfortunately we are neither familiar with KOE display nor with Datamodule board.

I’d recommend to set it according to display datasheet. Then try to tweak them if something doesn’t work as expected. To make tweaking easier you can set UseSplashSettings to 1 and then set/modify all parameters at bootloader level - Splash Screen on Toradex Computer on Modules | Toradex Developer Center
Colibri module has no native LVDS interface and it means DataModule board has a parallel LCD to LVDS converter which may require some additional settings. I’d recommend to ask DataMoule about such a details.
