Clock frequency on low power mode

How do I find out the clock frequency of the processor when I put it to low power mode “deep”. Is the clock frequency configurable? If so, where it can be configured?

I believe that checking /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpuX/cpufreq/scaling_min_freq will give you the minimum frequency. Please also check the device tree:
