Apalis TK1 SPI3 not Working

We want to use Apalis TK1 SPI1 SP2 and SPI3 in our design. Therefore we are using the Apalis evaluation board V1.1A to validate those SPI interface.
The SPI1(7000d400) and SPI2(7000da00) are working fine but the SPI3(7000d800) is not working.
we did the following change

From the oscilloscope we see that the clock (pin 184) and the chip select(pin 176) are working, but no reaction from MISO (pin 186) and MOSI (pin 188)

what are we missing to get MISO and MOSI working?

problem resolved we need to disable the sdmmc3 that we left enabled
