can only recommend double-checking if you strictly follow the instructions listed here, avoid using a USB Hub between the PC and the USB OTG port, Avoid using Virtual Machines.
Then try using a different Toradex Easy Installer version and a different (better quality) USB cable, another USB port, or another development machine.
I ended up getting another device. It’s good.
