At the moment the analog touchscreen interface does not work at version “Apalis iMX6Q 2GB IT V1.1C”. There is a version “Apalis iMX6Q 2GB IT V1.1Z” without the STMPE811 (Apalis iMX6 | Toradex Developer Center).
When is a new version planned with a new controller?
The v1.1Z version of Apalis iMX6 is for customers not requiring the resistive touch controller and/or ADC.
The analog touchscreen interface should work at version “Apalis iMX6Q 2GB IT V1.1C” as expected.
Toradex has no plans to create an Apalis iMX6 module with a touch controller other than STMPE811 anytime soon…
