Apalis iMX6 GPO's maximum output Source & Sink current limit

We are trying to drive load via optocouplers connected to SOM’s GPO available on the X27 connector. To drive internal LEDs of optocouplers we need to know max current that can be sourced or sink by GPOs available on X27. What is specified maximum limit for source / sink?

The GPIO1-GPIO8 lines on X1 connector of Apalis iMX6 connected directly to SOC balls. Maximun GPIO current is not specified by NXP however it can be calculated.. Please take in account 22R resistors between Aplis iMX6 X1 and Ixora X27 connector on GPIO1-8 lines.
