Apalis Evaluation Board - USB ports are not working out of the box

I’ve powered on my Apalis Evaluation Board with the iMX6 module in place. I’m getting output to a monitor via the VGA interface and the system is starting but it appears that the USB ports are not working. I’ve tried multiple keyboards and multiple USB sticks on each port. Is there anything that needs to be done in terms of setup to get the USB ports working?

  • Could you please specify what WinCE version you are using and its BSP revision version?

  • For HW test you can try to load Toradex Easy Installer and check if USB works there.
