Apalis Eval & Ixora Design Database in ASCII for OrCAD Import

I found another thread talking about an export of the Apalis Eval & Ixora Altium databases in ASCII format; however, the links to download are not there.

I have OrCAD and need this format to import.
Could someone look into this or provide an updated link? Thanks!
