You should copy the dll on \flashdisk\system on your device (if system folder does not exist you can create it in file manager).
Then you need to use registry editor to add the following entries:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\HARDWARE\Devicemap\Touch]
"STMPE811_Min_Pressure"=dword:0
"DriverName"="colibri_touch20180529.dll"
You then need to reboot your device, recalibrate the touch screen using control panel and save the registry.
This is a beta driver and will print out some debug message on the serial debug console. If you experience issues it would be useful to capture output on UARTA to get more information.
